We are looking for an outstanding Senior Art Director with a strong commitment to deliver high-quality visual concepts who will be working from our Prague office.

What you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the entire team on a creative audit to drive innovation and establish a unified understanding of the company’s brand and voice.
• Conceptualising campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copies, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Developing creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, timelines, and deliverables for the creative team.
• Delegating projects to internal designers and overseeing storyboards.
• Obtaining team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, supporting team members in providing feedback and responding to internal comments and requests.
• Overseeing the presentation of final concepts and coordinating their production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.

What we expect from you:

• Six or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with four or more years in a management role.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• To be highly skilled in leading a team of creatives.
• Strong creative vision with respect to business objectives.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
• Experience as an art director.
• Experience in web development.
• Solid knowledge of photography and video production.

We redesigned Pojišťovna České spořitelny and launched a first app for online reporting of insurance claims on the Czech market. We participate in the development of Czech e-government or, for example, in the acoustic app for Rigips we calculate reverberation times in standard rooms using the Sabine equation.
