Now in it\u2019s 68th year, Cannes Lions<\/strong> has announced the names of the Jury Presidents for the 2022 festival \u2013 a coveted list of industry figures who will lead juries to award this year\u2019s Lions and set the global benchmark for excellence in creativity \u2013 with Brett O\u2019Connor, <\/strong><\/span>Executive Creative Director of VCCP Health<\/strong>, <\/span>being named<\/span> Pharma Lions Jury President<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Brett is no stranger to award shows, having been Jury President and Judge for London International Awards, Eurobest, One Show, Effies and the Clio Awards, as well as Cannes Lions Health, and is delighted to put his experience to good use in this prestigious role. He welcomes awards shows both for their bar-raising impact on the industry and the ambition and support they offer young creatives. \u2028<\/span><\/p>\n

Brett\u2019s own career started in consumer advertising, before he entered the world of healthcare at McCann Health. There he went on to win multiple awards at a UK and global level, including the PMs, IPA Best of Health, the Global Marketing Awards and The RX Club, where McCann London became the most-awarded agency in his final year.<\/span><\/p> \r\n \r\n \t\t\t <\/div>\r\n \r\n

Since founding VCCP Health 14 years ago, he has led the small London agency to become one of the highest awarded healthcare agencies in Europe, last year\u00a0 establishing them as a Top 3 Agency in the Cannes Lions Health & Wellness sector, winning Lions for Teva Pharmaceuticals with \u2018Hairspray\u2019 and Edwards Lifesciences with \u2018Storks\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
