Developing creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, timelines, and deliverables for the creative team.<\/span><\/li>\n

Delegating projects to internal designers and overseeing storyboards.<\/span><\/li>\n

Obtaining team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, supporting team members in providing feedback and responding to internal comments and requests.<\/span><\/li>\n

Overseeing the presentation of final concepts and coordinating their production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Six or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with four or more years in a management role.<\/span><\/li>\n
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.<\/span><\/li>\n
Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and prototyping.<\/span><\/li>\n
To be highly skilled in leading a team of creatives.<\/span><\/li>\n
Strong creative vision with respect to business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n
